What documents do I need to rent a car?
You'll need a valid driver's license (held for at least 2 years), a major credit card in your name, and a passport or government-issued ID. International customers may need an International Driving Permit.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes, renters must be at least 25 years old for luxury vehicles. Some premium models may require drivers to be 30+. Additional fees may apply for drivers under 30.
Can I book a car for someone else?
The primary renter must be present at pickup with valid documentation. However, you can add authorized additional drivers (25+) to the rental agreement for an extra fee.
Are there mileage limits?
Most rentals include 150 miles per day. Additional miles are charged at $0.75 per mile. Unlimited mileage packages are available for longer rentals.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged the full rental amount.
Do you offer delivery and pickup services?
Yes, we provide complimentary delivery within 10 miles of our location. Extended delivery areas available for additional fees starting at $25.
